Michael Drummond

Michael “Bigguylegend22” Drummond’s rise in poker has been, you guessed it, legendary.  After running $100 into $100,000 online playing primarily heads-up cash games, it was game on.  Michael turned down a stockbroker position in New York City to move to Las Vegas and focus on his poker game and the move paid of in a big way.  The 2011 Lock Poker Bluff Pro Challenge winner, a feat that got him the July 2011 cover, found himself as a regular in the highest stakes online.  Before “Black Friday” it was common to see Drummond mixing it up with “Durrr” at $200-$400 or multi-tabling with “Jungleman” and “Urnotindanger2”.  His legend is also growing on the live scene as the Lock Poker Elite Pro scored big with a 16th place finish in the 2011 WSOPE, arguably one of the toughest fields of the year.  As a Team Bustout pro and coach at, the San Francisco resident is definitely living up to the legendary status that precedes him.
